These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and the operator of the k9vin platform ("k9vin", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the website located at https://k9vin.cam and any related mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing a bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and k9vin.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a minimum of 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the operator's license conditions, whichever is greater.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable in your country, region or jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering an account or placing bets.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent or affiliate of k9vin or any of its associated operators, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must be registering the account in your own true identity and not under an alias or fictitious name.

k9vin reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawal rights.

4.1 Registration Requirements

You may hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting"), whether in your own name or using false identities, is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. k9vin will never request your password via email, live chat or any other channel. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify k9vin immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Enable any two-factor authentication options made available on the Platform.

k9vin accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

k9vin operates mandatory KYC procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following before withdrawals are processed:

• Government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport or driving licence)
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement — dated within 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership
• Source of funds documentation where required

Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period specified by k9vin may have withdrawal rights suspended. k9vin will not return deposits to unverified third-party payment instruments.

5.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. k9vin does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.

Familiar payment methods used in Pakistan — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced as payment options within the cashier. However, k9vin makes no representation that any specific payment provider permits gambling transactions under its own terms of service. Users must independently verify whether their chosen payment method supports such transactions.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits into the same account, unless otherwise approved by the k9vin verification team following satisfactory KYC completion. Withdrawals are subject to:

• Full KYC verification of the requesting account
• Completion of any applicable bonus wagering requirements
• Anti-fraud and AML screening, which may delay processing
• Minimum withdrawal thresholds as displayed in the cashier

Processing times vary by payment method. k9vin does not guarantee specific withdrawal timelines. Fees, where applicable, are disclosed in the cashier prior to confirming a withdrawal request.

5.3 Currency

Account balances are maintained in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) where applicable. Currency conversion, where required, will be applied at the rate displayed at the time of the transaction. k9vin is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or third-party conversion charges.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the Platform are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bet restrictions during bonus play, eligible games, expiry dates and maximum cashout limits.

In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotional offer, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or winnings generated from them — become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before withdrawal eligibility is triggered.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are specified in the individual promotional terms. Live dealer games may contribute a lower percentage than slots, or may be excluded entirely from wagering contribution.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

k9vin actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-variance strategies exclusively to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations. k9vin reserves the right to:

• Withhold bonus funds and associated winnings where abuse is identified
• Reclaim bonus amounts that have been converted to real money
• Suspend or permanently close accounts involved in bonus abuse

6.4 No-Deposit and Free Bets

Where no-deposit bonuses or free bets are offered, maximum winnings from such offers are capped as specified in the individual promotional terms. k9vin reserves the right to withdraw any unclaimed no-deposit bonus at any time without prior notice.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted subject to the availability of sufficient funds in your real money or bonus balance and to the applicable betting rules for the relevant sport or game. k9vin reserves the right to decline any bet, in full or in part, at its absolute discretion and without being required to provide a reason.

7.2 Errors and Incorrect Odds

In the event that a bet is accepted at incorrect odds or as a result of a manifest error (including but not limited to a pricing error, data feed failure or technical malfunction), k9vin reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake at the erroneous odds. This applies irrespective of whether the bet has already been settled.

7.3 Live / In-Play Betting

Live betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time without notice. Bets already accepted and confirmed prior to suspension will stand unless affected by a manifest error. k9vin is not responsible for delays in odds updates caused by data feed latency or internet connectivity issues on the user's side.

7.4 Sports Integrity

k9vin reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of match-fixing, spot-fixing or any other integrity irregularity, in accordance with guidance from relevant sports governing bodies including the Pakistan Cricket Board ("PCB") and international equivalents. Winnings arising from bets placed with knowledge of a fixed outcome will be forfeited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, recovery of winnings and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account per person, household or device
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing or other unlawful financial activity
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law
• Facilitating access to the Platform by persons under the minimum eligible age
• Reproducing, publishing or distributing any content from the Platform without prior written consent from k9vin
• Any conduct that, in k9vin's reasonable opinion, constitutes fraud, dishonesty or bad faith

k9vin is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that enable players to maintain control over their gambling activity. The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible from your account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on how long you can remain logged in per session.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications reminding you of time spent and amounts wagered during a session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily block access to your account for a period of between 6 months and 5 years.

k9vin strictly enforces its minimum age requirement of 18 years (or higher where required by the operator's license jurisdiction). Gambling is intended as entertainment only and does not constitute a reliable source of income. Never bet more than you can comfortably afford to lose.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of k9vin or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent
• Use any automated tools to scrape, index or copy content from the Platform
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or proprietary rights notices on the Platform
• Use the k9vin name, logo or branding in any manner that could cause confusion or suggest endorsement without written authorisation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, k9vin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services.

k9vin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

In any event, k9vin's total aggregate liability to you in respect of all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

12.1 Suspension by k9vin

k9vin reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms
• The account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful or abusive purposes
• The account holder has provided false information during registration or KYC
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal or reputational risk to k9vin
• The account holder is in a jurisdiction from which access to the Platform is restricted

Where an account is closed for a Terms breach, k9vin reserves the right to withhold bonus balances and associated winnings. Real money balances will be returned subject to satisfactory identity verification, after deducting any amounts legitimately owed to k9vin.

12.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure, all pending bets will be settled according to their outcome, and any real money balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

k9vin reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The version of the Terms in force at the time of any specific transaction or dispute shall apply to that transaction or dispute. Where changes are made as a result of regulatory requirements, they may take effect immediately without prior notice.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming license, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute between you and k9vin, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the support team in writing. k9vin will endeavour to resolve disputes within a reasonable timeframe.

If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be referred to the dispute resolution body or regulatory authority specified under the operator's applicable license conditions. The availability and scope of any alternative dispute resolution mechanism depends on the operator's license jurisdiction.
